Standard Reservations:

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date will incur no charges.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged the cost of one night's stay.
• No-shows will be charged for the entire stay.

Non-Refundable Reservations:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations or changes to the reservation are not permitted. No refunds will be issued.

Special Offers and Packages:

Group Bookings (5 or more rooms):

• Cancellations made up to 14 days before the check-in date will incur no charges.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
• No-shows will be charged for the entire stay.

Early Departures:

• Guests who leave before their scheduled departure date will be charged for the remaining nights of their reservation.

Modifications:

• Modifications to the reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
